Why Is earning money so important? If one inherits big money, why is it still important to earn own money? -

Is money earned by us different from any other money such as inherited or received from lottery etc.? We also think ppl look at us differently , thinking we ve had it easy in life. Maybe one of the reasons why rich people are not totally happy, when we think they have it all.________Well, they say that earning money makes you appreciate it more because you worked for it rather than having it handed to you. It also builds character. Someone who has money given to them without working for it may become lazy amp; unmotivated. They may be spoiled amp; develop a sense of entitlement. They will be unwilling to work for a living since things come so easy. Ironically, it may actually make them unhappy. Getting things too easy takes away some of your autonomy, your sense of control over your life, your purpose amp; meaning. It is more rewarding to feel that you are in control of your destiny, that your hard work has earned your riches. Don t get me wrong though. If someone wanted to hand me money I d be glad to take it! I d love to win the lottery! I would still work but it would be doing what I love (art, music, photography, landscaping etc) instead of a job I hate...________earning one s own money is not so much of importance as earning/gaining easy money(lottery wins etc), but it is his personal gratification that is being satisfied when he earns/works for our own money. In this light, it is parallel to earning respect. We work hard in maintaining our moral.ethical, social or spiritual standards to earn respect. I wouldn t really say it is important to earn one s money, for money is always going to be money, but it is the respect for ourselves that we gain when we work hard for it.________earning your own money creates appreciation for what you have and responsibility though it doesn t work in every case.________I think earning money is not so important for all.
