How do you start your own e-bay selling and get stuff straight from the manufacturer and actually earn money? -

how do you get clothing ordered from the manufacturer like abercrombie or hollister or something so that you can try to earn money by selling them on ebay? i saw other sellers doing that so i was just wondering how if i ever wanted to in the future too. thanks.________I m doign something similar now on Ebay. Not buying direct from the manufacturer, but as the first person to respond said, buy stuff on clearance. It s a learning experiance. It take a while to figure out what will sell and what won t. I ve been doing it for 9 or 10 months and have probably done $25,000 in sales. After all the fees and cost of goods there isn t a heck of a lot of profit - maybe $6,000 in my case. I have fun though - its more of a hobby than a money making venture - something to do. My record is a shirt I sold for $350. It cost me $50. On many items I make only $5 or less. The beauty is you can return stuff that doesn t sell to the store.________Dont do it. You are talking about drop shipping and I used to do it. It wont work. What happens is you sell an item because the company tells you they have it. Then after someone buys it you go through the company and they tell you that its all sold out. So you are left to explain to the buyer that you sold them an item you dont have and of course that leads to a neg feedback which eventually ruins your repuatation causing your business to go down hill. I started going to this site to fill out surveys and so far it has worked VERY well and I dont have to worry about anyone else. Means telemarkets cant call you anymore they now pay people to take surveys. I am making $400-$500 a month. Oh and just as a reminder this is all FREE. Most of the people you see selling it buy their product at the stores when it is being sold at clearout prices at the end of each season, and they have to be careful not to let the salesclerks know they are reselling the stuff on ebay or they may not be allowed to buy there anymore.
