How does ING earn money from accounts such as the amp;#39;Savings Maximiseramp;#39;? -

I was considering opening a Savings Maximiser account with ING, which apparently has no fees but gives out 6.25% interest pa. How do they earn money from this? Are there any other hidden costs?________They lend your money out at a higher rate, and the difference is their profit.
