How can my 13 year old cousin who wants a puppy but has 2 buy it with her own money earn money? -

My 13 year old cousin Tessie wants to buy a puppy but her parents are making her buy it with her own money is there any quick way besides babysitting she can earn money? Do any places hire 13 year olds? I would really like to help her so any ideas help________walking other peoples dogs. She will get fit, earn money amp; get experience with dogs. If she puts an add up at the local supermarket/animal shelter/corner shop or even does a mail drop she should get a response.________First, she should also find out if her parents are going to make her pay for the dogs vet bills, food, flea control, etc. I probably spend at least $500 a year on my dog now, and the first year of owning a dog is usually more expensive because of all the shots and neutering.
