Can dental students earn money by working in a commission or something like that? -

I live in Istanbul,Turkey and I am a dentistry student. I heard that there is some kind of a commission of EU, or UN that chooses dentistry stu. in each uni. and gives them some statistical work or something? Is there any other way for a student to earn money than assisting a dentist?________There are usualy positions available as research assistants or something like that. There are not as many positions as there are students wishing to work, so good luck.
